Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Hera. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return policy to make the process as easy as possible.

Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must initiate the return process within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hera.fashion101@gmail.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to return your item. Please note that the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in the same condition as when it was sent to you. If everything checks out, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hera.fashion101@gmail.com. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item and issue a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
